Tech Pack Services

We manufacture tartan kilts and clothing for men, women, youth, and children — and every garment we produce starts with a tech pack.

A tech pack is the technical blueprint of your garment. It's the single document that tells a manufacturer exactly what you want made and how to make it. Without one, you're relying on interpretation, and interpretation is what turns a sample into three rounds of costly revisions.

This matters especially with tartan. Pleat depth, sett matching across seams, apron alignment, buckle and strap placement, and pleating to the sett versus to the stripe are all decisions that need to be documented, not assumed. The same applies to sizing across a range: a youth kilt is not simply a scaled-down men's kilt, and a women's cut carries its own construction and measurement logic. A complete tech pack captures those distinctions in a format any factory can read and quote from.

Pricing: $50–$100 per style, depending on complexity
Turnaround: 2 weeks from receipt of design details
